Assistant Manager, Brand and Marketing

The Assistant Manager, Brand and Marketing supports the strategic and operational marketing initiatives for The Ascott Limited’s Singapore Cluster. This role develops and executes integrated brand campaigns, digital and social contents, partnership activations and on-property marketing initiatives that strengthen brand equity, drive awareness and support commercial goals across Ascott’s portfolio of brands. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cluster properties, the regional marketing team and appointed agencies to ensure brand alignment and consistent delivery of marketing and communication objectives. He or she will report directly to the Manager, Brand and Marketing.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Support the planning and implementation of integrated brand and marketing campaigns across cluster properties, aligned with Ascott’s brand guidelines and annual marketing calendar
  2. Localise and execute global or regional brand initiatives, ensuring relevance to Singapore audiences and key source markets
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on creative development, campaign rollout and performance tracking
  4. Oversee the design, production and deployment of marketing collaterals and digital assets for properties under the Singapore cluster
  5. Manage day-to-day social media content planning, publishing and performance tracking across owned platforms
  6. Curate content that enhances storytelling, brand personality and engagement — including visuals, videos, EDMs, and website updates
  7. Coordinate with regional digital marketing teams to optimise online visibility and drive direct bookings through DiscoverASR.com and brand channels
  8. Monitor analytics and insights to recommend data-driven improvements for campaigns and content performance
  9. Support media and influencer collaborations to drive visibility and coverage for Singapore properties
  10. Coordinate property participation in key partnerships, events, and marketing collaborations (e.g., malls, attractions, F&B)
  11. Work with the PR agency to prepare media materials, review storyboards and ensure timely dissemination of press contents
  12. Track campaign KPIs, budgets and ROI metrics for regular reporting and management updates
  13. Maintain brand asset archives, visual libraries and compliance with Ascott brand standards
  14. Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing projects, events and agency engagements
  15. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements

The candidate should possess the following:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in brand, marketing, or communications, ideally in hospitality or lifestyle industries
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to concurrently, manage multiple campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics dashboards
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is advantageous
  • A keen eye for branding, content creation, and creative storytelling
