We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Health Product Development.

In this role you will:

• Develop the conception and execution of the product development plan for all customer and product segments (Commercial and Retail, Domestic and International coverage). This includes preparation and ownership of all product collaterals
• Assist in the research and analysis of products in Singapore market, including competitors’ products and pricing comparison for product reviews
• Prepare and manage the timelines of product development cycle and work along with key stakeholders (Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Distribution, Pricing and others) for completing the assigned tasks
• Assist in co‑ordination with and approvals from the key stakeholders required during various product review stages
• Work closely with the Digital team in development of digital platform for specific products
• Take ownership of product implementation in the system including the UAT where necessary, in co‑ordination with the stakeholders
• Provide product training to train‑the‑trainers upon product launch or revision; Provide relevant Health‑related content for HSBC Life internal and external communication on products and services, including circulars to intermediaries, content on the website and social media
• Assist by providing support to Underwriters by screening the applicants and assessing risk factors for Individual and Group Health Products

To be successful you will need:

• University degree (Finance, Insurance, Marketing, Management, Actuarial)
• Independent learner with strong technical and analytical skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated team player who is dynamic and adapts well to changes
• Good leadership skills, with an experience in managing cross‑functional projects
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
