Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated Server/Service Crew to join a vibrant F&B establishment specializing in Japanese cuisine. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service abilities and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, taking orders, and ensuring a clean dining environment. This permanent position offers a salary of up to $2800, performance bonuses, and requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Prior serving experience preferred, but not required.

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food efficiently.
- Share menu knowledge and make recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Work closely with kitchen and other FOH staff to ensure smooth service.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned.
