Manage the team of Kitchen staffs

Manage daily Kitchen operations

cooperate with the service crew

create new dishes

Ensure Culinary Standards (recipe compliance and food quality ) are met.

Manage inventory

Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen

Check the freshness of food and ingredients

Inspect supplies, equipment and working areas for cleanliness

Required to work on holidays and eve, and weekends. Manage daily Kitchen operations
Required to work on night shifts if needed
