- Prepare the store for business operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Manage dining-in, take-away, and delivery services.
- Handle hosting responsibilities and greet customers.
- Address all customer queries and concerns.
- Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation.
- Maintain and ensure proper upkeep of kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Perform stewarding duties when a dishwasher is unavailable.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, as per statutory regulations.
- Strictly adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
