In this key customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Located in the Central and East Region, Islandwide have 19 outlets, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the F&B industry.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and responding promptly to their requests
• Ensuring the dining area and tables are clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times
• Accurately processing payments and handling cash transactions
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or café setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
