We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and drive new business opportunities. The role involves generating sales leads through customer outreach and cold calls, handling indoor sales inquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders, and coordinating sales logistics with site teams and clients. You will also manage sales records, databases, payment receivables, and work closely with site and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities
  • Boost new sales leads through proactive customer outreach, including catalogue distribution and cold calling.
  • Handle indoor sales inquiries and orders via phone and email.
  • Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations.
  • Coordinate sales logistics, including machinery delivery and site arrangements with foreman and clients.
  • Manage administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operations.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, including orders, machinery and operator movements.
  • Develop and manage proper filing systems and sales records.
  • Coordinate with site and finance teams on sales-related matters.
  • Follow up on payment receivables.
Requirements
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level, Diploma/ Degree in Commerce/ Marketing/ Business Administration or a related field are preferred.
  • Have relevant experience with 2 – 5 years and above in similar role.
  • Able to possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Work well in matrix environments requiring you to work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office based applications.
  • Willing to work beyond normal working hours.
