BF Health & Skin Care Global Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Health Supplement & Skin Care Products Sales Manager. This role is responsible for leading sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving customer satisfaction across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, and skincare, with strong leadership and sales management capabilities.
1. Sales Management
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team by setting clear targets and implementing effective sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales incentive programs to drive revenue growth.
2. Product Knowledge & Training
Ensure sales teams possess strong product knowledge of health supplements and skincare products.
Conduct regular product briefings and training sessions to support effective selling.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to maintain training relevance.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high standards of customer service by guiding teams on effective customer communication and product education.
Handle key customer inquiries and provide strategic solutions when required.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
