A service provider based in Singapore is seeking a Sales Administration professional to prepare quotations, process sales orders and support the sales team. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, managing inquiries, and assisting with sales targets. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in a relevant field, have good communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided.
Prepare and process quotations, invoices, sales orders, and contracts
Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation
Support sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp
Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance
Understand customer needs and provide basic product / service consultation
Follow up with customers on quotations and proposals
Coordinate appointments or meetings for the sales team
Assist in closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic after-sales support
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Ensure proper filing of sales documents and records
Follow company sales procedures and policies
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Perform general office administrative duties as assigned
Support management in daily operational tasks
Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
Experience in sales admin, customer service, or sales support preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to multitask and work independently
Experience in SME / service / recruitment industry
Familiar with CRM or sales systems
Multilingual ability is an advantage
