· Responsible for achieving individual sales targets.
· Achieving growth and hitting sales team targets.
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Sales.
· Build strong relationships with Architects, Developers, and Main Contractors.
· Create product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications of products into project tenders.
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
· Multi-tasking and time management to prioritize and switch between varied tasks.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Project planning and management.
· Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring the progress of project works on site.
· Liaise with the logistics department on the delivery of purchased items for the project.
· Ensure project progress according to the established installation schedule.
· Inspect, resolve, and monitor rectification works.
· Assist and support the project management team for project progress claims and final accounts.
