Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for an independent accounts cum admin professional. Qualifications

  • Assist the Managing Director with administrative functions.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up operations.
  • Handle petty cash and financial support tasks.

Job Descriptions:
  • Looking for independent accounts cum admin.
  • Working hours: Monday - Saturday ( 9:00AM - 6:00PM )
  • Assist Managing Director in administrative functions
  • Monitor and follow up the progress of project or operation work.
  • Petty Cash reimbursement and support financial matters.
  • Provide simple finance support functions such as coordinating billing and payment.
  • Assist in AP or AR and other basic accounting support
  • Assist in HR general tasks
  • Coordination of meetings & events
  • Perform filing & documentation
  • Ad-hoc tasks to support business operations
Requirements
  • Knowledge in Basic software such as Microsoft Excel/Words/PowerPoint.
  • Working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent & reliable with a passion for learning.
  • Positive working attitude & good team spirit.
  • Analytical,competent, able to work independently and self-motivated and with good-problem solving skills
  • Helpful and able to communicate effectively with fellow colleagues and customers
  • Fluent in English and writing Able to start work immediately
