Job summary

A leading financial services company in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate month-end closing processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing general ledgers, and assisting with audit matters. Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for subsidiaries’ accounts and month-end closing process to ensure timely submission of financial reports
• Prepare and manage financial transactions, general ledgers, and intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy
• Ensure timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and balance sheet schedules
• Assist with financial, tax and audit matters
• Prepare Quarterly GST reports
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA)
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience working with ERP system, and familiar with Microsoft Dynamic Navision System is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills, and able to work independently
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
