Job summary
A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive for jewellery retail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, be able to communicate effectively with customers, and meet monthly sales targets. Responsibilities include promoting products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive showroom image. Working hours are from 11am to 9pm on 5.5 days a week, including weekends. A competitive salary package of $3,100 plus commission is offered.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or jewellery preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Explain the range of jewellery to customers.
- Promote products and services effectively.
- Attend to customers and meet service standards.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a positive showroom image.
Skills
Education
Location: Farrer park
Working Days: 5.5 days a week (Must be able to work on weekends)
Working hours: 11am to 9pm
Salary: $3,100 basic + Commission
- Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
- Minimum GCE “N” level
- Understand and be able to explain to customers the range of Jewelley the company has to offer
- Promote the various products, services and schemes to customers
- Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed
- Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom
