Customer Service Officer @ Punggol
Job summary
A retail management company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide excellent service to customers, assist with promotional activities, and handle inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a customer-centric attitude, experience in a retail environment, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Qualifications
- Customer centric personality and positive attitude.
- Prior Customer Service Officer experience in retail mall preferred.
- Able to work 6 days a week, in retail hours and shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Assist in the execution of shopping mall's promotion and redemption programmes.
- Handle all customers' enquiries and provide assistance.
Skills
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Assist in the execution of shopping mall’s promotion and redemption programmes
- Handle all customers’ enquiries and provide assistance
- Ensure that the redemption process during the advertising and promotion campaign period is carried out properly
- Provide administrative support to the Management Office whenever necessary
- Customer centric personality and positive attitude
- Prior Customer Service Officer experience in retail mall will be highly preferred
- Good communication skills
- Able to work 6 days work week, retail hours and shift work
- Able to work on weekends and PH
