Responsibilities
  • As the brand ambassador of Tiffany & Co., your main mission is support of all Retail Operations related functions across stores for Singapore and providing support to the Retail Excellence Director, Singapore.
  • You will nurture and develop the store-based support community to continuously improve and achieve operational excellence with high levels of initiative and proactivity.
Showcasing the Tiffany Touch
  • You will partner with Store Managers and work with the Operations Executive to be accountable for effective operations, stock management and transfers movements, including cycle counts and inventories; support with various payment processes and security (omnichannel, service, cash, etc.).
  • You will also drive market audit compliance with Audit teams.
  • Ensure accurate Physical Inventory (PI) to be carried out within all stores including scheduling, vendor relations, training, coordination and share the results with Zone/Market Leadership.
  • On-board, train and animate store operations team members centered on the belief that People Make the Difference.
