Job Responsibilities
  • Overall responsible for the daily operations of the retail branch, ensuring efficient and smooth business performance.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring monthly KPIs and targets are consistently achieved.

  • Oversee workshop operations, maintaining high service standards while ensuring quality control and safety compliance.

  • Review and manage purchasing activities, invoices, and cash flow to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.

  • Coordinate the collection, delivery, and inventory movement of goods in a timely and secure manner.

  • Handle online customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and actively promote the company’s products and services through digital channels.

  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to enhance productivity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Skills and Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a retail outlet or leading operational teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.
