Job description:

The Retail Florist, also our brand ambassador, will provide excellent customer service, sales advisory, and flower arrangement services to help our customers at the retail outlets.

If you are from the service/retail industry, customer‑oriented and willing to pick up new skills (floral arrangement), we invite you to apply for our positions! We have outlets islandwide.

• Employment Type: Full‑time
• Working Time: 5‑day Week (44 hours – include rotational weekends/public holidays)
• Retail hours (depending on outlets): 6 to 12‑hour shifts
• Salary: S$2200 to S$2500 per month
• Commission

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and provide excellent advisory on flower selection, pricing and customization
• Learn flower skills to create arrangements for on‑the‑spot purchase
• Ensure items and fridge‑displays are neat and attractive
• Opening, closing and cashing up of store
• Keep shop clean, tidy, safe and inviting
• Work well with team members
• Assist in training new staff / interns
