The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in a retail buying role and a strong analytical mindset. Responsibilities include managing brand performance, conducting competitor analysis, and executing sales strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top brands, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving growth.
The ZALORA Buyer has a great level of ownership and accountability.
With having your own brand and range responsibilities, it is at this level that you will be expected to have a holistic business-wide perspective, and identify wins and opportunities collaboratively outside of your own direct team.
What is essential to succeed and progress at this level are the behavioural and operational elements of the role evidenced by continuous development of oneself i.e.
people skills, job skills, a sound understanding of our customer and competition etc.
