Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is hiring an Admin/Ops Executive to manage international shipments, operate 3D printers, and support showroom operations. Responsibilities include generating shipping documentation and ensuring a professional showroom environment. Ideal candidates will have prior retail experience and basic computer skills. This full-time position offers a salary range of $2100 to $2400.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a retail showroom environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage international shipments for high-value items.
- Generate FedEx export labels and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate shipping insurance and required permits.
- Track shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Liaise with courier partners and internal teams.
- Perform daily opening duties and general showroom housekeeping.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional showroom environment.
- Assist clients with after‑sales services and order collection.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams.
- Operate 3D printers to produce models for internal use.
- Support general backend operational tasks.
Skills
Location: Orchard
Working days & time: Mon to Sat 9.30am to 8pm, Sun 9.30am to 7pm (6 days work week, off on weekday)
Salary: $2100-$2400
