Job description

Our client is a long-established luxury brand known worldwide for quality, craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. We are looking for a cashier to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and pleasant checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all cashier duties such as payments, refunds, VAT/global refund processes, and repair collections.
  • Keep customer and purchase details updated and accurate in the system.
  • Follow company rules for cash handling and report any issues when needed.
  • Wrap products nicely and present them in line with brand standards.
  • Help capture customer information for after-sales follow-up and future client contact.
  • Refill and organize packing materials and supplies at the cashier/gift wrap area.
  • Keep documents and procedures neat and updated.
  • Support the store team with simple admin or back-office tasks.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in cashiering or handling payments (retail experience is a plus).
  • Careful, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Friendly, service-minded, and able to handle busy store situations.
  • Good communication and a professional attitude when speaking with customers and teammates.
  • Able to commit to retail hours including weekends, closing shifts, and peak seasons.
