Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly and seasonal campaigns and promotions for both online & offline.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution.
- Coordinate with merchandiser to support visual merchandising, timely product uploads, and ensure consistent brand identity.
- Work with third party agencies on Meta/Google/TikTok campaigns.
- Plan social content, manage email/CRM/loyalty programs.
- Manage influencer collaborations.
- Update and maintain the Shopify store (products, visuals, copy).
- Execute online launches and promotions; monitor key website metrics.
- Support in-store promotions, pop-ups, events, and produce marketing materials.
- Coordinate mall promotions and submit required artwork/details.
- Align marketing plans with retail teams and merchandising.
- Liaise with Brand Owner for marketing materials and display guidelines.
- Order marketing materials and packaging; manage GWP items.
- Track industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
- Recommend strategy improvements.
- Manage marketing budgets; analyze campaign results and ROI. Propose enhancements based on data insights.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in retail / fashion or similar function
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce online platform (Shopify)
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or Canva
