Location: Lower Delta Road (Near Tiong Bahru MRT)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Employment Type: Permanent Role (Minimum 2-Year Service Agreement Required)

About the Company

We are a growing cosmetic distribution company representing reputable international beauty brands. We support retail partners, manage product distribution, and ensure smooth sales operations across Singapore.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Team in daily sales operations and coordination activities

  • Handle order processing, invoicing, and tracking of deliveries

  • Prepare sales reports, product listings, and promotional materials

  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams

  • Maintain accurate records of sales documents, price lists, and stock updates

  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and showroom activities

  • Address customer enquiries efficiently and professionally

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales workflow

Requirements
  • Ability to read and write Chinese (Mandarin) is REQUIRED to handle Chinese-speaking suppliers and documents

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles (preferably in cosmetics, retail, or FMCG)

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently

  • Strong attention to detail with good follow-up skills

  • Able to commit to a minimum 2-year service agreement
