Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking candidates for a customer service position. Responsibilities include attending to customers, providing product information, and managing store operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of N/O Level education and is energetic and customer-oriented. Flexibility with shifts is required. This is a part-time role with a pay rate of $12.50/hr.
Qualifications
- Energetic and customer-oriented personality.
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers.
- Provide product info & sizing advice.
- Restock and maintain store displays.
- Handle basic cashier duties.
- Support daily store operations.

Minimum 24 hours/week required.
Min 3 days/week (1 weekday + 2 weekends / vice versa). Preferably staying in the East.
- L Shift: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
- A Shift: 1:30pm – 10:30pm
- A5 Shift: 5:00pm – 10:30pm
- (Must be flexible with any shift — mornings, evenings & weekends included)
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Provide product info & sizing advice
- Restock & maintain store displays
- Handle basic cashier duties
- Support daily store operations
- Minimum N/O Level
- Retail/customer service experience a plus
- Energetic, customer-oriented, and a team player
