Job summary

This role requires 5-7 years of experience in business and IT, with a strong focus on Retail Banking products such as Cards and Loans. You will lead a team in managing Change Requests and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business and information technology.
• Domain knowledge in Retail Banking, including Cards, Deposits, and Loans.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retail Change Management team in preparing Change Requests.
• Review and validate Change Request submissions.
• Monitor Change Request capacity against budgets.
• Track and report Change Request progress.
• Facilitate Delivery Steering Committee meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on Change Request lifecycle.
