Job summary

A construction consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual for the supervision of M&E Services. Candidates must possess a diploma or relevant qualifications and have a minimum of 5 years relevant site experience. Knowledge in contract administration and willingness to work overtime are essential. This role focuses on managing site works in residential projects and infrastructure.

Job description

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years relevant site experience in the supervision of building M&E Services.
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in Residential projects and infrastructure works.

Requirements

• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.
• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.
• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.
• Working hours will be Day works.
