Job summary

A construction engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced RTO to supervise M&E services for hotel and residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma and relevant certifications with a minimum of 5 years' experience in site supervision. Strong knowledge in site management, quality control, and M&E design is essential. The position requires flexibility in work hours, including overtime or shifts.

Job description

Qualification:

• Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years relevant site experience as an RTO in the supervision of building M&E Services, especially Hotel and Residential projects.

Requirements:

• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.
• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.
• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.
• Working hours will be 6 days per week (Day works).
