Job summary

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in viaduct, tunnel, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with relevant local codes and authority procedures.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect viaduct or tunnel construction works to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor site progress and quality of works carried out by contractors.
• Conduct site inspections, maintain daily records, and prepare site reports.
• Assist the Resident Engineer in coordinating construction activities.
• Verify contractors’ submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Ensure that all site works adhere to workplace safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO).
