Job summary
A recruitment services firm in Singapore is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to conduct comprehensive market research and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will evaluate candidate profiles and prepare recommendations for hiring managers. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of HR or recruitment experience and excellent communication skills.
