Position Overview

Look Capital is seeking an OCFO Specialist to work closely with our Investment Officer and Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate is a professional with hands‑on experience in trading or trade placement to support trade execution, order management, and post‑trade processes. In addition, the candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working in fast‑paced environments, and familiar with financial markets and trading platforms.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Place trades accurately across multiple asset classes (e.g., equities, FX, fixed income, derivatives).

  2. Monitor order flow, trade status, and ensure timely execution based on trading strategies or client instructions.

  3. Coordinate with brokers, trading desks, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

  4. Perform trade confirmation, allocation, and follow‑up.

  5. Maintain and update trading records and internal systems.

  6. Assist in pre‑trade checks and post‑trade reporting.

  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal trading policies.

  8. Assist relationship managers with multidimensional client data management and provide data analysis results as required by the relationship managers.

  9. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless interaction between the Relationship department and other departments.

  10. Coordinate with external service providers such as private banks, lawyers, and trust companies to meet the comprehensive needs of our clients.

  11. Any ad hoc duties assigned.


Qualifications


  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, International Trade, or related fields.

  2. 2–3 years experience in trading, trade placement, trade support or related roles.

  3. Strong understanding of financial markets and trading workflows.

  4. Strong banking acumen and professional ethics, with prior experience in private banking.

  5. Fluent in both Chinese and English is required in order to process documents and liaise with counterparties in both languages.

  6. Effective communication and coordination skills.

  7. Highly meticulous and patient, capable of carefully checking and verifying materials to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.

  8. Accountability of own work, proactively solving problems, and maintaining high work efficiency.

  9. Knowledge of financial reporting and client onboarding is a plus.

  10. Experience in similar capacity or finance industry is preferred.
