About the role

This full-time Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding) role is an exciting opportunity to join our client, a leading provider of freight forwarding. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in growing the company's customer base and driving revenue through effective sales and relationship management.

What you'll be doing
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, outreach, and sales visits
  • Promote the company’s international air and sea freight forwarding services
  • Build and manage customer accounts to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct basic market/competitor research
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment processes from pickup to delivery
  • Handle day-to-day sales coordination and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction through timely communication and service support
What we're looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the freight forwarding / logistics / shipping industry
