Job Description:

• Assist with licensing applications and renewals for TCM and CPM products.
• Maintain records and help respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Support monitoring of production processes for GMP compliance.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and quality control documentation.
• Ensure product labels meet regulatory requirements and coordinate with marketing/design teams.
• Help maintain product listings and support export compliance documentation.
Prepare simple compliance reports and assist in team projects

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Singapore’s HSA regulatory requirements for TCM and CPM products.
• Resourceful and able to find details independently.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and guidelines, and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
