Job summary

A leading transport service provider in Singapore is seeking a Planning Specialist to provide administrative support to the Trains Billing Hub. The role involves ensuring accurate billing, supporting financial month-end closing, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a recognized diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Rail or Transportation industry. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Administration, Billing, or related field.
• Exposure to Legal, Finance, or Quantity Surveying is an advantage.
• Experience in the Rail/Transportation Industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Trains Billing Hub and oversee the billing cycle.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for manpower project claims.
• Liaison for transactions with other parties and maintain effective communication.
