About the role

Exciting opportunity for a Corporate Secretarial Executive to join the team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd., a leading provider of corporate secretarial services in the Bukit Batok Crescent. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support to our diverse client base, ensuring robust compliance and governance across their corporate entities.

What you'll be doing
  1. Provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services to clients.

  2. Assist with the incorporation of new companies, registration of Singapore branches, striking off entities, and ensuring compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant regulations.

  3. Handle ACRA e‑filings accurately and promptly.

  4. Prepare directors’/shareholders’ resolutions, statutory forms, and corporate secretarial documents, including those relating to bank account openings and changes in bank signatories.

  5. Assist in KYC (Know Your Client) checks and onboarding of new local and international clients.

  6. Liaise and coordinate with external parties such as auditors and accountants on client matters.

  7. Update and maintain statutory registers and records, including the Register of Controllers and Register of Nominee Directors.

  8. Perform any other corporate or ad‑hoc administrative duties as assigned.

What we're looking for
  1. Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Law, or any related field.

  2. ICSA qualification or currently pursuing SAICSA is advantageous but not compulsory.

  3. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm.

  4. Working knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act is a plus.

  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a good team player.

  6. Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  7. Meticulous, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
