Key Responsibilities
  • Access Control: Monitoring and regulating entry to premises through methods like ID checks, pass issuance, and screening of personnel and vehicles.
  • Patrolling and Monitoring: Conducting regular patrols to deter and detect suspicious activities, as well as monitoring surveillance systems like CCTV.
  • Incident Response: Promptly responding to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances and taking appropriate action.
  • Surveillance: Operating and monitoring CCTV systems to ensure ongoing security.
  • Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of incidents, breaches, and daily activities.
  • Customer Interaction: Assisting visitors, staff, or residents with inquiries, guidance, and directions.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Supporting evacuation procedures and acting as a first responder during crises.
  • Guarding: Protecting personnel, property, and assets from threats and illegal activities.
