Brief Description

We are seeking a dedicated and technically competent Project Engineer to support the successful execution of our green infrastructure projects. This role involves hands‑on site coordination, technical support, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our installations are delivered to the highest standards.

Job Description
Project Execution
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and on‑site implementation of urban greening projects (e.g., green walls, roof gardens, ecological water systems).
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Contract, Design and Development, and Operation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Monitor project timelines, conduct site measurements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Technical Drawing & Structural Support
  • Prepare and develop technical drawings, construction details, and structural support schematics for greenery systems (including mounting structures, drainage layers, and brackets).
  • Work closely with the design and engineering team to ensure feasibility and structural integrity of all installations.
  • Revise and update drawings based on site conditions or project changes.
  • Ensure drawings meet local regulations and project‑specific requirements.
Documentation & Coordination
  • Prepare method statements, progress reports, and technical documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies where necessary.
  • Support tender submissions and proposal designs with accurate technical drawings and calculations.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in green infrastructure, façade systems, or lightweight structures.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit; knowledge of structural detailing is essential.
  • Familiarity with Singapore building codes, BCA/NParks requirements, and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and site coordination skills.
  • Able to balance both on‑site execution and technical drawing work.
  • Experience with green building technologies or modular construction.
  • Understanding of plant loading, wind loads, and structural safety for green façades and rooftop gardens.
  • Knowledge of BIM, Rhino, or SketchUp.
