Job summary

What The Role Is

You implement the refresh of administrative facilities in MINDEF/SAF camps and bases.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Implement various aspects of planned development
  • Gather and scope user/ops requirements
  • Develop evaluation criteria, select and contract vendors/services
  • Liaise and coordinate with tenant units/departments, DSTA, and regulatory bodies
  • Obtain planning permissions for project implementation
  • Manage vendors for requirement scope, schedule, budget, and compliance
  • Ensure smooth and timely implementation to achieve project objectives
Challenge(s)
  • Working on complex workplace and infrastructure refresh projects
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders and regulatory bodies
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 3 year of experience, preferably in project management and large-scale workplace/infrastructure refresh is preferred
  • Experience in construction (including Security‑By‑Design and Green Mark elements) and/or mega‑scale renovation projects is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in high‑performing teams
  • Strong adaptability and resilience
  • Skills in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Clear and confident communication skills
