Job description

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the business strategy for the US & CANADA market to achieve sales and profitability targets.
2. Manage relationships with carriers, airlines, local vendors, particularly those servicing at the TP route.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, and key accounts.
4. Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing SGP & MY team.
5. Manage the branch's Profit & Loss statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
6. Ensure compliance with local SGP regulations and laws.
