A renovation contractor company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage projects, liaise with clients, and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained. The ideal applicant should have NITEC in Interior Design or related discipline and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in 3D SketchUp and AutoCAD is essential. The role requires a motivated team player adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Qualificações
- Minimum NITEC in related discipline required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades
- Organizing and liaising with clients.
- Plan, design and furnish client needs.
- Coordinate works with contractors and materials.
- Monitor project plans and expenditures.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
Conhecimentos
Formação académica
- Organizing & liasing with clients
- Quotations & floorplan reading
- Plan, design and furnish client needs

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules & expenditures
- Ensuring project datelines are met
- Ensuring project adhere to frameworks & documentation
- Ensure standards & requirements are met through conducting quality assurance check

- Salary Based
- Proficient in 3D SketchUp & AutoCAD
- Minimum NITEC in Interior Design, Building Services, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in renovation/site supervision/project coordination are preferred however entry-level candidates are also welcomed.
