1. Supports the day-to-day operations of the building / condominium.
2. Assist the Building/Condominium Manager to oversee the operation of the building / condominium.
3. Handles inquiries, feedbacks, correspondence relating to the designated property.
4. Performs routine checks to ensure effective maintenance of the designated property.
5. Propose vendors to carry out necessary repair / replacement work.
6. Ensure designated contract works/ routine servicing are carried out as specified in their contract’s agreement.
7. Assist with reviewing of service agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.
8. Execute tasks under the requirements of the BMSMA and By-laws.
9. Coordinate vendor meetings, council meetings and general meetings.
10. Assist in preparation of circulars/notices for designated property’s notice board(s).
11. Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/ Management.
