The Opportunity

  • Work location: West Region
  • Basic Salary up to $4500 + AWS

Adecco is partnering with one of Singapore's property development and facility management company , with a focus on commercial real estate, venue management, and event operations. The company develops and manages large-scale mixed-use properties blending business, retail, and cultural functions.

They are seeking for a dedicated and proactive Facilities Executive to oversee the daily operations and maintenance. This role involves coordinating with service vendors, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting event and facility-related requirements within the premises. The Job
  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day performance of outsourced service providers, including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other soft services, to ensure service quality and compliance with contractual standards.
  • Prepare and review tenders and quotations, evaluate proposals, and make recommendations for contract awards.
  • Attend coordination and production meetings to support external hirers and event organizers on facility-related requirements and provide cost estimates when necessary.
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform minor repair or maintenance work to ensure operational readiness and safety.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal departments, tenants, and event organizers, addressing feedback and ensuring prompt resolution of facility issues.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, contractor performance, and cost tracking.
  • Support the Facility Manager and management team in continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned projects.
The Talent
  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities or property operations.
  • Strong vendor management and coordination skills, with attention to detail and service quality.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, able to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
