Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in private real estate funds and related structures.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (preferred) and SFRS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to deliver financial reporting for the fund.
• Oversee consolidation of entities within the fund structure.
• Manage treasury workflows including payments and cash transfers.
