Our client is an international bank and they have a few openings for the Mortgage Banker position

Primary Objective

To proactively acquire and process mortgage loan business from individual customers, and to cross-sell related products (like bancassurance and priority banking).

Responsibilities

• Sales & Acquisition: Drive sales by engaging mass market and affluent clients through internal referrals (campaigns, branches) and managing the full loan application lifecycle.
• External Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with property agents, brokers, and external sales agents to generate high-value referrals.
• Market Coverage: Work independently in external settings such as show flats and events, requiring flexibility for off‑office hours and weekend work.
• Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of ethics and regulatory conduct.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in Banking Sales, with a strong preference for Retail Mortgage experience.
• Knowledge: Expertise in the Singapore Real Estate Market and relevant Mortgage Regulations & Frameworks.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage stakeholders, and a proactive, results‑oriented approach.
