About Our Client

Our client is a globally renowned luxury hospitality group committed to conservation and sustainability. They are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join one of their properties in driving HR operational excellence and continuous improvement. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the HR Director.

Job Description
  • Partner with the HR Director to ensure progressive HR practices across all human resource functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Establish and review all HR policies and standards, ranging from salary structures, performance management, benefits, etc, to ensure that they comply with all statutory regulations
  • Serve as a strategic Business Partner for the Resort and implement employee engagement initiatives and address any employee concerns.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 7 years of progressive HR full spectrum experience, preferably in service oriented industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices in Singapore.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to exercise self-motivation, manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
