A development management firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated Development Associate. This role supports the full development lifecycle, including planning, compliance, and project management tasks. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills. Experience in development management or a related area is advantageous. The position includes administrative tasks and may require occasional weekend duties for site inspections, with a salary range of $3,000 to $4,000 based on experience.
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Development Associate, specialising in project management for development projects. The role involves supporting the full development lifecycle, including design coordination, authority submissions, consultant and contractor management, site progress monitoring, and ensuring that all design proposals comply with the company's design guidelines and development manual.
