Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Quantity Estimating / Surveying works.
• Experience in steelwork and metalwork preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the QS manager on tenders and projects.
• Liaise with site in-charge for progress of work done on site.
• Prepare progressive claims and potential variation claims.
