Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience, consultancy firm preferred.
  • Proficient in QS software and applications.
  • Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in the overall quantity surveying, cost & contract management of projects.
  • Feasibility studies & early cost advice.
  • Preparation of cost estimate & cost plan.
  • Value management & cost management.
  • Advice and management of the overall procurement process.
  • Preparation of tender & contract documentation.
  • Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting.
  • Measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done.
  • Valuation of progress payment claim, variation and final account.
  • Attendance to project & site meeting.

Skills

Recognised Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
2-5 years of relevant working experience, consultancy firm preferred
Proficient in QS software and application
Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic
An independent and effective team player
