A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee and manage all project activities. Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree recognized by professional bodies or BCA.

  • Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract.
  • Minimum relevant experience in QS/PM consultancy and/or contracting.

Overview

You have:

  • A Bachelor degree that is recognised either by the respective professional bodies; professional institutions or BCA
  • Masters in Project Management will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with (a) Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work, (b) Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Design and Build, and (c) the Standard Conditions of Nominated Sub-Contract, will be an advantage
  • Able to demonstrate strong project management, decision making and leadership skills
  • Good communication, written and presentation skills
  • Team player who is analytical, resourceful and results-oriented
  • Good attitude and self-motivated
  • Minimum years relevant experience in QS/PM consultancy and/or contracting

  • Oversee and manage all project activities, including scheduling, cost management, design development and stakeholders management
  • Leading consultants and project team members throughout all stages of project development
