Bilingual Quantity Surveyor (Civil) – SG Interior/Contracting
Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years of local experience. Responsibilities include project cost budgeting, tender preparation, and on-site monitoring. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Chinese and English, familiar with local regulations, and proficient in AutoCAD and CostX. Candidates with a QS Diploma/Degree will be prioritized. This role offers an opportunity to work independently and contribute to project success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of local Singapore Quantity Surveying (QS) experience.
- Familiarity with local construction processes and regulations.
- Experience in interior fit-out or main contracting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project cost budgeting and preparation of tender documents.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor on-site construction progress to ensure cost control.
