• Acting as Project Man Hour Administrator and Project Cost Controller.
• Monitoring project costing and manhour usage.
• Billing company projects.
• Preparation and handling of all project contract documents.
• Project management and contract administration.
• Dealing with clients, consultants and contractors.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from National University of Singapore, Singapore Institute of Management, Universiti Malaya, Universiti Sains Malaysia or Taylor's University.
• Able to work under pressure and work independently with minimum guidance.
• Dynamic, creative and result-oriented.
