Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical and Electrical or General Construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial record analysis.
• Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare cost estimates for tender projects.
• Support projects in maximizing claims and reporting contractual status.
• Update project budget and certify subcontractor claims.
